Particularly for log-in problems, please provide as a minimum :
- Your username
- What type of device you use (PC, Mac, phone)
- What operating system and version (Windows XP, Windows 10, MacOS, iOS, Android etc.)
It's also helpful to know the which browser (and version) you are using
