Diagram troubleshooting

Android Users

There is a known issue with using the diagrams with the standard in-built browser on Android. The standard browser on Android is called "Chromium" (NOT Chrome!) and doesn't like our site for some reason...

There is an easy workaround :

From the Google Play Store, download (free) the full Chrome browser. If you use that to access Railcam Diagrams, you shouldn't experience any problems.

Blackberry Users

There are problems with the propitiatory browser on Blackberry. Please [contact us] for help with this.

PC / Windows users

We generally recommend Google Chrome for use with Railcam, but Firefox also performs well. Older versions of Internet Explorer and the newer Edge browsers are not recommended.

Apple Mac

The Safari browser seems to work well with Railcam. If you have any specific problems, [contact us].

Apple iOS - iPhone, iPad etc
