Chatrooms

The chat-room is generally moderated, but not necessarily all the time. Please be aware that the presence of a member of the Admin team in a room does NOT mean that they are actively monitoring the chat at that moment. If you have an issue about the chat (or any other matter), that should be raised by email, not in open-chat. Please use the Contact Us page.

The additional chatrooms have been discontinued due to ongoing abuse, intimidation and general unpleasantness. Since the Railcam volunteers were unable to monitor them sufficiently so all but the General Chat room have been permanently closed.

Within the chat room usernames have different colours.

• Orange : Admin / Moderator;
• Yellow : Camera Hosts or other contributor;
• Green : Supporter (i.e. someone who has subscribed towards the running costs of the site);
• Blue : Standard member.
